Journey Through The Programme
1. Apply
Submit your interest and select up to two preferred job roles.
2. Intake Assessment*
Get assessed on your work readiness, strengths and support needs.
3. Explore Roles
Learn more about the selected sectors / job roles based on your application choices.
4. Role Suitability Screening
Take part in job-related activities to explore roles that may suit you.
5. Training
Build job-specific vocational and soft skills through hands-on training of up to 12 weeks, depending on job roles.
6. Employment Facilitation
Support may be provided for interviews and matching to suitable job opportunities. If employed, workplace transition support may continue for up to a year.
*Applicants who may need more preparation before employment may be referred to other suitable training or support options
This programme supports training and employment outcomes. Employment outcomes depend on individual readiness, training performance and job fit.
Who Can Apply?
We welcome persons with disabilities who meet both the general eligibility criteria and the suitability traits outlined below:
1. General Eligibility
Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) with a verified permanent disability who are not currently enrolled as full-time students.
Disabilities supported by SG Enable for the programme are:
- Autism
- Intellectual Disability
- Physical Disability
- Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Visual Impairment
2. Suitability / Readiness Attributes
- Keen to learn new skills, work and explore suitable job roles.
- Able to manage tasks with guidance and work in a team environment.
- Comfortable in structured settings and willing to learn.
- Capable of basic communication and independent travel.
- Able to meet the basic requirements of selected job roles. For example, some roles may involve standing for extended periods, walking between work areas or carrying items.
- Equipped with basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Committed to full-time training and job opportunities, if available, after training.
Training Fees, Hours & Support
Course fees and training hours vary depending on the selected job role and training pathway.
Nett Course Fee
95% subsidy available

The amount may be offset using your SkillsFuture Credit or Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), if available.
Training Allowance
Training Allowance: $6/hour
Trainees will receive training allowance during the training phase if they meet at least 75% attendance.
