About the programme
This pioneering initiative, co-developed by DBS Foundation and SG Enable, addresses gaps in financial and digital literacy among Persons with Disabilities.
It equips Persons with Disabilities with the knowledge and confidence to navigate financial decisions and participate meaningfully in a digitally connected society.
Recognising the vital role of caregivers, the programme provides tailored resources and guidance to help them reinforce learning at home. This support enables caregivers to more effectively assist their loved ones on the path to greater independence and inclusion.

Who Is Eligible?
This programme is suitable for persons with disabilities from ages 6 and up, as well as Caregivers.
What is available in this programme
This programme is available to eligible individuals via three modes: Physical Workshops, Virtual Sessions, and Self-paced E-Learning.

Physical Workshops for Parents & Caregivers
Upcoming dates are as follows:
19 Mar 2026 (Thursday): Parent & Child/ Caregiver & Learner March School Holiday Physical Workshop (2.30pm to 4.30pm) *Child/Learner joining with Parent/Caregiver must already be using money with support or independently.
18 Apr 2026 (Saturday): Enabling Lived Expertise: Caregivers-led Learning Conference (9.30am to 4pm, Lunch provided)
Online Sharing for Parents & Caregivers
Each sharing will simplify key topics for parents and caregivers, offering practical guidance on supporting loved ones with special needs.
Upcoming dates are as follows:
27 Feb 2026 (Friday): Staying Safe with Money Matters (12pm to 1pm)
25 Mar 2026 (Wednesday): Staying Safe with Money Matters (8pm to 9pm)
Self-paced E-Learning
- Gain access to over 40 sets of resources and materials.
- Some SPED modules come with user guides for parents and caregivers.
How to Access:
- Sign up via registration form.
- You will receive an email notification starting from 1 June 2025.
