SG Enable FY2026 Training Grant Call-for-Proposal is open from:

What is SG Enable Training Grant?
The SG Enable Training Grant aims to increase and provide greater access to lifelong learning opportunities for persons with disabilities to help them acquire the skills needed for employment and independent living.
The grant helps to defray the costs of training persons with disabilities, making training more accessible and affordable.
Who can apply?
The Call-for-Proposal (CFP) for SG Enable Training Grant is open to organisations who are keen to develop and deliver courses that help upskill persons with disabilities in the following areas:
- Vocational Skills Training
- Independent Living and Work Skills Training (refer to Enabling Skills and Competencies Framework)
(A) The following organisations are eligible to apply as a Training Partner (TP) under the SG Enable Training Grant:
- Training providers
- Education institutions
- Social service agencies
- Non-profit organisations
- Social enterprises
- Associations
(B) Only proposals that meet the following eligibility criteria listed below will be evaluated.
(1) Attended Briefing Session
At least one representative from TP keen to participate in this CFP exercise must attend the briefing session on 27 November or 2 December 2025 to qualify themselves to submit their proposals before the deadline. Those who do not attend any of the sessions will not be eligible.
(2) Legal entity
TPs must be a legal entity registered in Singapore with the relevant authorities (e.g., Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Registry of Societies) and operating from an office in Singapore.
(3) Declarations by the Organisation / Management Staff and Trainers
TPs will be required to submit details of Organisation / Management Staff and Trainers to facilitate the following checks:
- Organisation/ Management Staff and Trainers are free from contractual breach and other infringements in the last 5 years relating to SSG Act 2016, Skills Development Levy Act 1979, Private Education Act 2009 and its Regulations, Terms for Training Providers, EduTrust Certification Terms and Conditions, Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ)
- Organisation/ Management Staff and Trainers are free from criminal offences in the last 5 years relating to dishonesty, fraud, sexual, child physical, drug abuse leading to imprisonment in Singapore or elsewhere.
(4) Submission of Financial Records
TPs will need to demonstrate that they are financially sustainable to continue their operations in Singapore through the submission of the latest and final Notice of Assessment from IRAS and key financial figures.

Training proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Note: The briefing sessions will be conducted in person.
Organisations will receive the CFP documents once they have registered for the briefing session.
Submissions must strictly follow the instructions set out in the CFP documents and accompanying templates.
Important:
- Proposals received after 30 January 2026 (Friday), 12 noon will not be considered, and appeals will not be accepted.
- SG Enable reserves the right not to evaluate incomplete submissions.

Attendance at either of the briefing sessions is mandatory for participation in the Call-for-Proposal. Organisations can send any representative (at least 1) to fulfil the eligibility criteria.
