This workshop is targeted at young adults on the autism spectrum who are starting work and need to know about basic soft skills needed for employment.
Learning how to be organise and how to manage time effectively in a work environment is critical to getting and keeping a job.

• Organising work timelines
• Organising workspaces
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the training workshop, participants should be able to:
• Learn the basic soft skills needed for employment
• Understand the importance of these basic soft skills in getting and keeping a job
• Develop individualized strategies to support oneself in organization and time management
• Practice using the individualized strategies taught in one’s daily life
