"Bake it Work" is an outcome-driven programme which serves to not just impart basic baking skills to trainees, but also soft skills that are crucial for them to adapt in the work environment.

Learning Outcomes

Trainees will learn the knowledge and skills to effectively adapt to workplaces and learn the knowledge and skills in basic baking (i.e. bread-making, muffin-making and cookie-making).
