About SNTC
Supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), Special Needs Trust Company (SNTC) is the only non-profit trust company set up to provide affordable trust services for persons with disabilities. Effective from 1 April 2025, SNTC is a fully owned subsidiary of SG Enable. The Special Needs Savings Scheme (SNSS) is also administered by SG Enable, acting for and on behalf of SNTC. As part of the SG Enable Future Care Planning team, trained social workers will come alongside caregivers to develop individualised care plans for each special beneficiary to meet long-term care needs.
