Accessibility Measures at the Zero Project Asia Pacific Symposium 2026
Information
- Staff and volunteers from the event organisers are on hand to provide extra assistance to individual participants.
- Accessibility features for each session will be clearly indicated on the symposium platform.
Navigation
- The venue is wheelchair accessible
- Ushers will be stationed along the route and hold up signs to guide visitors to the ballroom.
Sessions
- All sessions will have live captioning in English.
- Singapore Sign interpretation will be available in most sessions.
Presentations
- Audio description will be provided for selected videos submitted to the Team before the symposium.
- Presenters are asked to include English captions on all videos shown during their presentations.

- Accessibility: Bayfront MRT is wheelchair accessible, with wide gates and wheelchair accessible lifts

Parking: South Carpark is the nearest to the Convention Centre. Refer to Accessible Wayfinding Guide for more information.
- Pick-up / Drop-off: Request to be dropped off at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention
- Taxi Booking: You can book a taxi using local apps such as ComfortDelGro or Gojek, available on iOS and Android.
- Booking: Open the ride-hailing app and set your destination as “MBS Convention Centre – L1 Driveway”. The app offers ride-hailing services, including options for larger vehicles.
- Drop-off Location: Request to be dropped off at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention
Access to the Convention Centre, Level 3, Jasmine Ballroom
- Main Entrance
- Enter through the main doors of the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention.
- Escalators are located to the right, with signs pointing to the Convention Centre.
- For wheelchair users, lift access is available inside the Convention Centre.
- Navigating the Convention Centre
- Lifts: Lifts reaching Jasmine Ballroom on Level 3 are available via Level 1.
- Wheelchair Access: The Convention Centre is wheelchair accessible, with minimal obstacles.
- Signage and Assistance
- Look for directional signs to “Expo and Convention”.
- You can also approach the concierge desk at Marina Bay Sands for assistance with directions.
Accessibility Features at Jasmine Ballroom
- Accessible Toilets
- Location: There are two accessible toilets within the Convention Centre on Level 3, one near Cassia Ballroom and one near Jasmine Ballroom. Look out for the nearest accessible restroom sign or ask event staff for directions.
- Features: The toilets are equipped with support bars, lower sinks, and wide doorways.
- Seating
- The seating in the ballroom is set up in theatre style. Approach the organisers in advance if you require any accommodations.
- Guide Dogs
- Guide dogs are permitted on the premises. Notify organisers in advance to ensure that proper arrangements are made.
