Open Door Programme (ODP)
The Open Door Programme (ODP) is a government-funded initiative by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), designed to support employers to hire, train, and integrate employees with disabilities.
ODP-registered employers can access a suite of integrated support services, including the Job Redesign Grant, Training Grant, Recruitment and Job Support Services, and the Employer Development Grant.

Paid to employers of persons with disabilities aged 13 and above, and earning below $4,000 a month. Employers who hire a person with disability who has been unemployment for the past six months, will receive an additional wage offset for the first nine months of employment.
Training Grant
Lowers training costs for job and life skills. For employer funding, companies can use the Open Door Programme to get up to 95% course fee support.
Employer Development Grant
This grant provides up to $40,000 per employer to help companies build internal capabilities for hiring, supporting, and retaining employees with disabilities.
Job Redesign Grant
This grant helps employers to recruit and retain persons with disabilities by supporting up to 90% of the job redesign costs, capped at $20,000 per employee with disability, whichever is lower.
Inclusive Job Portal
These workshops provide a comprehensive and structured training framework for employers. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for funding from WSG for these courses.
Internship Opportunities

Job Placement Support
12 months of job support. For every person with disability placed by our appointed partners — Autism Resource Centre, Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) and SPD — up to 1 year of job support for your new employees will be provided.
Employer Consultant and Job Coaches
These workshops provide a comprehensive and structured training framework for employers. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for funding from WSG for these courses.
Other Resources
Outside of ODP, SG Enable provides several standalone disability inclusion resources. Organisations can pursue national recognition through the Enabling Mark Accreditation, build workplace awareness through Disability Equality Training, assess their facilities via Accessibility Audits and Consultancy, or access downloadable Employer Guides and Toolkits for practical hiring and onboarding guidance.
Disability Awareness Talk
Disability Awareness Talk helps organisations understand different disability types and be equipped with disability etiquette. The talk also shares more information on resources available to organisations.
