Request for Proposals for Tenancy at Enabling Village 

SG Enable invites all prospective proposers interested in leasing space at the Enabling Village and/or Enabling Village Extension to participate in this Request for Proposals process.

What's available for you:

  • 15* units ranging from 40 sqm – 560 sqm
  • NEW 4-storey extension slated for completion by end 2024
  • Prime location in Redhill with convenient city access amidst a bustling community, and benefitting from upcoming enhancements to transport connectivity and amenities

What we're looking for:

  • Inclusive lifestyle concepts that could include, but not limited to, the following types of operations: Food and Beverage, Retail, Convenience Store / Supermarket, Lifestyle / Family Enrichment, Recreation and Sports, Wellness; and
  • Innovators looking to make a positive impact for persons with disabilities and the disability sector in Singapore through consultancy, capability development, and cross-sector collaborations

About Enabling Village 

Enabling Village (EV) is the first inclusive community space in Singapore dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities in society. Located in Redhill and managed by SG Enable, it brings together community amenities, lifestyle retail services and inclusive programming for all with a special focus on disability-inclusive training and employment for persons with disabilities. Its community services include an inclusive pre-school, a community gym with specialised equipment, and an assistive technology centre. What to Note

  1. Proposers are welcome to submit clarifications to the Request for Proposals documents by writing in to EnquiryEV@etcsea.com.

     

  2. Responses to clarifications will be published monthly on SG Enable’s website at www.sgenable.sg/rfp-tenancy. The dates which such responses will be published are as follows: 22 March 2024, 19 April 2024 and 24 May 2024.

     

  3. All clarifications received after 21 May 2024 (Tuesday), 5pm shall not be entertained.

     

  4. All proposals submitted will be deemed to have considered and agree to be bounded by any Corrigenda or Responses to Clarifications as above.

     

  5. Please refer to the Request for Proposals package for instructions on submission of proposals. Proposers are encouraged to submit their proposals early.
