Instruction
Please email the Tender Offer, including all documents in Acrobat PDF format compressed into zip file with password protection toSGE-finance@sgenable.sg. The password(s) relating to the Tender Offer shall be emailed to Pauline.Tan@sgenable.sg only.

Please ensure that all required documents as indicated in paragraph 9 (Submission Requirements) of the Specifications, along with relevant supporting documents, are submitted. Softcopy (via email) of the Proposal should reach SG Enable no later than 2 May 2025 (Friday), 12pm.

Please keep the size of the email small (not more than 25MB) to reduce possibilities of non-delivery. 

The subject title for the email must clearly indicate the tender in question whether with reference to the tender name and/or any other reference provided in the following format: “Name of Tender (Name of Tenderer)”, for example: “INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR COMMUNITY MURAL PROJECT AT ENABLING VILLAGE (ABC PTE LTD)”.

An optional site tender briefing will be held on 11 April 2025, Friday, 10am at Enabling Village Caregiver's Pod (Address: 20 Lengkok Bahru, Singapore 159053). Please email louisa.tng@sgenable.sg to confirm your attendance by 10 April 2025, 5pm for the briefing.

All tenders submitted under this Invitation of Tender are deemed to have considered all Corrigenda and Responses to Clarifications issued by SG Enable.
