As a disability learning hub, we rally partners from the education, business and disability sectors to provide responsive and quality learning opportunities for persons with disabilities, and to enable their network of support through training.
Enabling Academy aims to bring fresh ideas and build capabilities in the training space to:
- Provide diverse lifelong learning opportunities for persons with disabilities that support them in their personal growth and professional development
- Upskill the network of support – including employers, sector professionals such as job coaches and caregivers – around persons with disabilities
- Facilitate the practice of accessibility and inclusion among training providers

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and review policies and standard operating procedures to support Enabling Academy’s operations and grant administration.
- Develop and implement data management practices to facilitate management reporting and derive insights for strategy formulation and planning.
- Support and execute plans to reinforce Enabling Academy’s role as the Public Agency in supporting SkillsFuture Credit courses for persons with disabilities. This entails evaluating and managing/uploading courses, overseeing fair marketing practices, closely monitoring course take-up, and handling various administration tasks.
- Execute an onboarding strategy to efficiently integrate training partners onto TPGateway which includes providing guidance and support to training partners throughout the onboarding journey and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the onboarding process.
- Engage potential training partners for collaborations, conducting research for identifying new opportunities, and organising impactful activities that promote lifelong learning.
- Support the Enabling Academy’s service quality management.
- Undertake other roles and responsibilities as and when required.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Degree or diploma holder in any discipline
- Possess at least 2 years of experience. Entry-level graduates are also welcome to apply. Working experience in training / education / government sector will be advantageous
- Possess strong people skills for stakeholders’ engagement with the ability to communicate ideas clearly
- Excellent written communications and presentation skills to effectively drive collaborations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances and resourceful in problem solving
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
