Car Park Label Scheme

Vehicles that display a valid Car Park Label can park in accessible parking lots to allow drivers and passengers with mobility impairment to open the vehicle doors fully to board or alight from the vehicle.

Car park labels are not applicable to motorcycles.

Overview of Scheme

The Car Park Label Scheme (CPLS) supports persons with mobility impairment who are medically certified and require the vehicle door to be fully opened in order to board or alight from the vehicle. The scheme provides two types of car park labels which can be used for parking at any accessibility lot in public carparks.

Eligible persons with mobility impairment may apply for:
  1. CPLS Class 1: For drivers who are persons with mobility impairment
  2. CPLS Class 2: For passengers who are persons with mobility impairment
