• Drivers who are certified by a Singapore registered medical professional as a person with mobility impairment and need to open the vehicle doors fully to board or alight from the vehicle.
• Each successful applicant will be issued with one non-transferable label.

  Important Notes: The Mobility Report must be printed out and completed by a Singapore registered medical professional.
• Please use only the latest version of the application form (including the mobility report) which can be downloaded here. The updated forms reflect changes made to the policy and using them ensures that the information you provide is relevant and to avoid unnecessary delays to your application.
• Copy of Driver’s NRIC (Front and Back) / Passport / Visit Pass

For Drivers younger than 21 years old

• Copy of Caregiver’s NRIC (Front and Back) / Passport / Visit Pass
• Copy of Driver’s Singapore Driving Licence (Front and Back)
• Copy of the Vehicle Registration Details

 

• For existing label holders who wish to update their IU number only (no change of vehicle number), please email your request to carparklabels@sgenable.sg and note that there will be no issuance of a new label.
• For Change of Vehicle Number, you will be issued a new label. Please note that a 1-to-1 exchange of your existing label is mandatory.

• Passengers who are certified by a Singapore registered medical professional as a person with mobility impairment and need to open the vehicale doors fully in order board or alight from it.
• Each successful applicant will be issued with one label, with up to two vehicles registered under the label.

 

Label renewal applications can only be submitted for existing labels which:

• have expired, or
• are expiring within 3 months

•  have expired, or
• are expiring within 3 months

• The demise of the label holder (i.e. Driver or Passenger with mobility impairment); or
• Labels previously declared as damaged or lost
  

Invalid Car Park Labels should be returned to SG Enable by post:

Anyone found to misuse invalid Car Park Labels may be issued a fine by a parking enforcement agency.
